Poverty is an economic externality and cultural belief in inequality. In truth all are equal. Equal opportunity is a misnomer. Always discrimination favours those who reflect what is deemed as conforming to economic interests, albeit profit maximising. Those who do not conform or provide economic value then they are increasingly excluded.
