SPEAK UP for the Planet: Evolution or Extinction?

I recall walking in the forest and in my heart I apologised for humans, for they know not what they do.  They do not see the big picture of all the little actions we do without thinking.  Like going shopping buying products in packaging, driving cars on petrol, buying goods we don’t need and not giving a thought for the natural world that bears the burden of us.

I drove 9,500km around Australia as I felt inspired to connect with my country.  I drove along long roads and I deeply looked at the ancient soil, plants and the wonderful animals.  I camped at night and looked at the stars wondering about our world and the cosmos.   I felt to feel that I am nature and I am looking at mother earth as part of me.  I feel that today.

Now whenever I go past wilderness areas I feel a deep connection.  I have walked past old trees in deep thought then suddenly I feel them.  I feel the rocks, the plants, I hear the birds and I feel the energy that is ancient.   I recognise humans were here a short time,  1 minute to midnight in geological time.  Not very long yet we are at a point of destroying the planet.  It is time now to come together and to find how we can harmonise with this wonderful world.  My feeling is to find peace within.  When we are at peace we will not need so many things to occupy our time, to keep us busy from looking within ourselves.  So many people are busy and distracted, and they like it that way.  Moreover, it is important to feel a peaceful heart when dealing with the polluters, the industrialists and politicians, we have to gently present the facts and then sit down together and work out the problem together.

When we calm down, become still, align with nature, another world opens up and it is happiness and it comes like a fountain when you tune into your true nature.  I work for peace full time, I am not paid but I absolutely love my work.  I love the feelings of joy I constantly feel, it is because I am living in a way where I am my own person, no-one is telling me how to live.  I am finding myself and within that being true to who I am.  I feel less desire for material things and more desire for serving humanity.  When you get to that point it just gets better and better.  The fear diminishes and you realise that it is all love.  I feel very happy and I will live a life that is in harmony with nature.  That is happiness.

The film will give you a feel for what we’ve got, what we are losing and how we can help.  Get on board the earthship and float on an ocean of real hope.  You can do it and I am speaking to you.  Change our thinking and watch the world change.   See Byron Katie The Work www.thework.com to start today.
