Realising the Truth of Peace

It is interesting, only through conflict does the true face of people become visible. Sometimes it may take a long time to really understand because a part of you wants to believe people are seeking best interest. Yet pain is a great teacher for you cannot live in the illusion. To face truth is the hardest reality check. I am absolutely certain that compassion and honesty are the pillars of sustainability and the world will not continue the way it is. Life itself will always seek equilibrium, that is why it has been said so often the truth sets you free. I do feel this is an absolute truth, one may have to wait for outcomes, but eventually those who are not honest take their mindsets into other places where eventually they are exposed. Not by way of punishment but by way of seeing themselves. All deception chooses to not look at one self. Projection becomes the glasses through which they see, for it is far easier to justify violence when the other is ‘wrong’. That violence can be overt or covert, the latter is far worse. Yet in reality people diminish themselves and lose themselves by such actions.

May you choose the truth in every situation.

PEACE IS THE TRUTH OF OUR TRUE NATURE

What is truth?
So many speak but I cannot hear real words,
So many remain silent but I cannot detect peace.

Some say there is peace in silence,
Some say silence is the veil that covers the real face,
I see both,
For in your silence I can see,
In my peace I search for the real face,
And I do not need words to know,
The truth is the contour of the real self,
And it emerges when integrity is unquestionable,
Yet deception is always questioned,
And this is the justice of the peace,
For which I yearn.

I have had many trials,
By judgement,
By omission,
By commission,
Yet none are commissions of the future,
For there will be no need for trials in the future,
As the truth sets us free,
Individually,
When we choose freedom over oppression.

The trickster is the one with many masks,
He is the one that says war is peace,
She is the one that says dominance is order,
He is the one who controls and says it is a role,
When in denial he is on a roll,
For power is the dice,
That many throw,
To win the gamble,
For never do they seek a win win.

I am waking up and it is painful,
I am seeing the false masks,
I am hearing the lies called normal,
I am seeing the playing out of a unquestioned game,
That is a carbon sink,
For untruth sinks the planet,
As the universal energy of this world,
Is a visible spectrum where parts serve the whole,
There is no personal gain,
There is an absolute gain,
When all play,
Above boards.

For we are part of an ecosystem,
And your echo returns,
Some call it karma,
Yet the life is the mirror to truth,
And when one is a seeker of a universal way,
The universal can be heard in what you say,
For words will always pre-serve our true nature,
Inspire a third way seeking resolution to all conflict,
Work selflessly for the greater good as the whole truth,
Live from values that are unshakeable,
To be oneself as a true reflection,
For how can one not be true to themselves?
How can you step aside from what is real?
How can the hand not know the arm?
The foot be unfamiliar with the leg?
Values are inalienable,
Incorruptible,
And the test of true character,
For I have seen many characters tested,
Then fall behind the mask of silence,
As self interest is the gavel of justice,
That is never heard.

I see no stature in power politics,
I see no attractiveness in the tanned face with no ethics,
I see no integrity in those who deal behind closed doors,
Who allow a life to be destroyed,
Ensuring their reputation is buoyed,
For they have no concept of compassion,
Or the soul,
They think their life is their role,
Yet in truth they are nothing without their suit,
Casual conversations are not informal,
And inclusivity with some and not others,
Can never be visibility,
As they choose the gold over life,
They have missed the life boat,
That was truly calling them home,
To happiness.

For as the world of our imagination collapses,
Skyscrapers the monoliths of an extinct species,
That was unable to adapt to change,
For they saw no profit in change,
No advantage in morals,
For them greed was always the god,
Yet it was never the truth,
And this natural selection silently reshuffled the deck,
As the titanic sunk,
And the ice caps melted,
For nature always returns to what is true,
And peace is the truth of our true nature,
When we are realized.
