Truth Is The Sensation Of Peace
TRUTH IS THE SENSATION OF PEACE
I look into the pond of my reflection,
I gently watch the ripples,
For each thought is a pebble,
And I have sent out many ripples,
As intersecting waves,
Phase patterns or interference?
Caused by light or sound?
Diffraction or distraction?
Constructive or destructive?
This depends on the intention of the pebble?
Is life an optical illusion?
Or a sound harmonic?
Is beauty in the eye of the beholder?
Or is felt in the music of the spheres?
Do they cancel each other out?
Or continue on until infinity?
Constructing the lattice of the snowflake,
A holographic blueprint or coded DNA?
Is life give and take?
A meeting in the middle?
Or does the winner take all?
Which is sustainable? Which limits growth?
Do we control others or meet in the middle?
Do we surveil with optics to believe and then see?
Or listen with our hearts to the truth that sets us free?
Can we see the truth, hear it or speak it?
When blind, deaf and silent towards the other?
How to know what is true when it is not you?
A stalker watches silently ignoring resolution,
For he is serving his own interests over truth,
Undermining the justice of the peace.
The truth sets us free to live in community,
No matter diversity, reasons or seasons,
Without fear or favour Justice rebalances the scales,
Judgement ensures one wins the other fails,
Yet what if they balanced in the middle,
For both made errors of judgement,
Is it better to believe you are right or be happy?
You speak of distress,
You censure what you don’t want to hear,
Criminalising the innocent,
What of deceptive harassment causing tears?
What of a cry for help met with silent fears?
You refuse to see, hear or speak the truth,
The whole truth and nothing but the truth,
So help me God,
For God is my witness and love is my sail,
As I allow cross currents to change my direction,
Phasing out the past,
As I feel a new sensation as my resurrection of real hope

A Socratic dialogue distils the wisdom in questions,
Democracy may disapprove of what you say but defends to the death your right to say it,
Aristotle saw true beauty as flowering the truth,
For beauty in the eye of the beholder will see to look for what sets others free as the first priority,
This is the true in-to-me-see of comm-unity,
Declaring human rights as the real security of humanity
flowering the beauty of balanced peace.
