A FUTURE READY FOR LEADERSHIP HARMONISING WITH NATURE
Leadership,
Does it list left or right?
Or find the current of the future,
Following trade winds warming globally,
To know the folly of an end game,
That has no winners.
Are we future ready?
Or ready for the future?
For we decide the future today.
Do we pay off or flounder in debt?
Are we rigid or open to carbon offsets?
For what we set we pre-determine.
Are we prepared to set a new course?
Set for infinite futures,
As that is the possible future,
When you choose to examine the wisdom …
To thine own self be true.
Some say universities are toxic wastelands,
Where people land and lay waste,
For tenure is tired,
Debate is academic,
As the real world is a crumbling structure without substance,
Where dehumanising economy over humanity is considered rational,
A rationale without rhyme,
That knows the lay of the land,
Yet not the rhythm of the real life plan,
That is dancing to a different tune.
So what will the future unfurl?
As all life is circular,
Infinity is infinite,
Insight is foresight,
For the trade winds must stop,
Barometric pressure points are too high,
As the terms of trade weaken El Nino,
Patterns of counter cyclical narratives cite:
Moving forward,
Economic growth,
Progress,
Gross domestic profit,
Control,
Roles,
Polls.
For the new earth is a spiral not a power grid,
Perpetual motion is positive e-motion,
Energy in motion returns to zero point,
An expansion of awareness sparks renewable insights,
Flying kites on balanced thermals not trade winds,
Consciousness is clock-wise recalibrating one minute to midnight, narrating in-sights of:
Stillness,
Ecological harmonisation,
Ingress,
Gross national happiness,
Flow,
In-to-me-see,
Self- governance.
So how to translate the future into the present moment? A kite or collapse?
K now we create our reality,
I ntention creates focus,
T hermodynamics transforms,
E ntropy spontaneously disorders,
Changing or re-ordering sub-atomic elements constructively or destructively,
As negative mind-sets are not constructive programs,
Tipping points as imbalanced structures break-down,
For no-one can control nature,
Nature configures its own DNA blueprint,
Firing hidden mystery codes is the hint,
Recalibrating systems of overload,
To re-balance as above so below,
From incommunicative feedback loops,
Blowing hot then cold,
Icecaps melting in tsunamis of dynamic change,
Volcanic eruptions expulsion of CO2,
Solar coronal mass ejections,
Changing polarities,
As north and south reverse,
While fires burn out of control.
For the temperature of Gaia is at boiling point,
Why pretend business-as-usual when Moody’s
reveals standards are poor,
One has to be unusual and let go of busyness,
To know silence on reflection,
Allowing contemplation to usher in a new story,
Discovering natural selection re-sets to zero point energy,
As the cancer of consumerism is out of control,
Beckoning a future of shifting poles,
Wiping out all roles as the wake-up call,
For we must learn to ‘be the change we wish to see’,
Awakening to the Oneness of the World we will be.
Please understand true leadership always serves the greater good,
As a future ready for harmonising and pre-serving
our true nature,
Re-forming civilisation to give the freedom to live
our true nature as peace and in harmony,
As nature intended,
Knowing infinite possibilities always existed
beyond space and time,
And this is the rhyme that has no reason.
I will conclude this on a positive note,
That no-one failed,
We are at the beginning not the end,
As love is the answer that was not seen,
For the truth will always sets us free,
To be who we really are,
And this is the liberation that laughs out loud,
And never fears the future,
But lives in the moment to en-joy each possibility,
Realising infinite wisdom has no boundaries,
When we open our hearts and minds,
To know the right course and curriculum,
Leading us home to true peace and happiness
As the new paradigm shift.
