TEDx: Jeremy Heimans an Activist who GetsUp for Social Movements of Change

Jeremy Heimans is an inspiring speaker on Tedx Amsterdam who started taking responsibility for his world at 7 year old.  He was the founder of GetUp!

As an adult he is speaking about old power and new power.

Old power is power over, new power is power within.  The latter is happening naturally and spontaneously.

In my view the new power is love in action.  It is more powerful than all nuclear weapons or wealth.  It is the magic in the meaning, it is the purpose in life not roles.  It is becoming Who We Really Are which emerges not from business schools or education but from vocational expression.  When you become silent you will find your vision arises, the challenge is to have the courage to follow your own vision and stand in your own truth.   I see our world becoming empowered.
