Harmonising the Music of the Spheres

This is for all leaders who believe leadership is control. In truth it is mastering harmony.

HARMONISING THE MUSIC OF THE SPHERES

The music of the spheres,

Is an unbroken rhythm,

That is wordless in space and time,

Yet in harmony and balance,

As the sum of the parts is equal to the whole,

For this is the soul song in precise re:action.

Sweet music is the outcome of selfless cooperation,

Composition is the inspiration of equality tones

of infinite potential,

Notation is the language of sound and sight,

Without bars,

Cascading permutations that strike the right chord,

Harmonising what feels right,

As passion takes flight in crescendos,

Marking time with metronomes,

For all decisions have a rhythm method,

Some discordant and out of tune,

Others singing too soon,

Fragmenting pieces that are out of touch and raw,

Framing the character and contrasts of the final score.

For the greatest leadership is the conductor with no strings,

Sensing the rhythm that rhymes with the perfect pitch,

As the bell chimes,

With eyes closed they read between the lines,

For s/he feels every member as a vital and equal part,

For every action has an equal and opposite reaction,

As Newton and Einstein dance in the unseen worlds of cause and effect,

Focused on their highest potential is what sets them apart,

For one cannot dominate the performance but must play together,

As explorers are the ideas seeking resonance and frequency,

For it is in harmony that the sum of the parts exceeds the whole,

As Beethoven’s Ninth symphony traces the tempo of the times,

To perfect man’s inhumanity,

on time.
