The State of Your World: I Am Not Going Take This Anymore!

My friend posted this on my facebook. I had to smile the issues we face today are the same as in the past. I love the line ‘I am as mad as hell I am not going to take this anymore’. What is being said here is to get real and own your feelings. What we see is people going about their business suppressing their true feelings for fear of losing their job, for fear of isolation, for fear of making a spectacle, indeed it is fear that keeps them in conformity. I agree with the advice of the news caster to not riot or protest, but first claim your feelings then work out as a society how to change. It can be peaceful, silent and inner change. What I have learned is to first tap into your truth, find out what is true for you, what is it you truly want? To then start to make changes in your life that align you with your inner truth, hence living it. That is how you manifest the world you want. That is the meaning of Gandhi’s words ‘be the change you wish to see in the world’. It is to align your inner world and the outer world will change. But first get real. That means being honest with yourself and then others. You may be surprised to find everyone feels the same.

The outer world is in the mess it is in because we are not living our truth, many see themselves as surviving, you can indeed more than survive. With a positive mind you will be amazed at the life you can create. I have learned as I step out of fear and just trust life, amazing things happen. I have no home but I am not homeless, I have no job but I am constantly working, I have no partner but love is all around me, I own very few possessions yet I am incredibly wealthy and happy. I am learning to live from my inner world and it is not scary, lonely or scarce. In truth it is interesting, changing, abundant and full of surprises. It is like getting a present every day, indeed living in the present every day is the present. No-one is a slave nor are they powerless, you are indeed the opposite, when you live the real life.
