Byron Katie speaks of the deep depression she was in. She had a sudden awakening which brought to life The Work. This is a way to cut through the illusion of confusion.

There are teachers in the world who are here to illuminate another way of seeing. Ultimately we all choose, the question is – do we want peace? When we say yes then we have to look at the darkness within which shrouds the joy that is our natural bounty.

So thoughts are the real enemy when left unquestioned. Yet when we believe them then all atrocities become justified in the name of ‘freedom’, ‘peace’, ‘truth’, when the only truth is reality which is what we experience NOW.

The awakening of humanity is about arising out of the darkness of confusion. Out of this you will discover that heaven on earth is a reality when we question our stressful thoughts.
