Does Truth Arise As Belief or Feeling?

This will be short and sweet unless it is not.  I am coming into an understanding or awareness that for me the truth has nothing to do with known knowledge.  How do I create my decision tree?  I go with what feels right for me.  I remember when I was 28 making a decision to follow my heart not the money. It was the wisest decision of my life as it lead me to Britain to meet Edward de Bono. It lead me to work in research there to see how people treated each other. It lead to me attend a Philosophy course which lead me to Lao Tzu one of the wisest philosophers in the world. He was an awakened master. At the time I had no clue who he was I just found myself reading sonnets and feeling an inner pull towards this work. It seemed like poetry, I am a poet but somehow it expanded upon it. It was my first step into philosophy which I would call universal truth.

This called to me as an echo answering my own inner call.

The world is indeed your creation.  What you see is what you project on to it.  You call to yourself the life and times you are moving through.  You indeed are the one who decides, even when you think you have no choice, that is indeed a choice.

So when we follow the long thread of feeling it leads us back to ourselves.

When we decide that truth is more important than living, we will naturally step out of conformity and open our eyes to see what is not seen.

It is a gift to see the invisible but in truth it is our natural predisposition. As the mind quietens then wisdom naturally arises.

To suppress feeling is to suppress the truth or nature.

Is truth a portal to higher consciousness?

Is truth reality, what is happening now?  In your lived reality.

Does truth change in each moment?

Do you hide what you truly feel and keep it down for fear of persecution by others?

Do you not say what you feel for fear of judgement?

Do you pretend you are something you are not?

Is all conflict untrue as we seek the other to believe what we believe.  What if truth is simply to do with your feeling now?  If it feels good then it is true for you?  Is that true?  Can it be for another given we are different?  If no, then is conflict a power issue?

When you feel love are you in the truth? If you feel hate are you in a lie?  What is true?

Do you conform to a program a construct that wants you to show up in a certain way.  That is not freedom.

Freedom allows you to be you.  Allows true freedom of expression which includes the freedom to be heard.  For those listening and speaking will do so with an open heart and mind knowing that nothing said is personal.

It is the universe expanding.

Perhaps you are the universe breathing.

Interesting.

Is any of this true?

Feels good to me.  For now yes.

“Gentleness, self-sacrifice and generosity are the exclusive possession of no one race or religion.”
