Aah Byron Katie one of the world’s most clear teachers. Yet she would say ‘Is it True?’ She was depressed for 10 years and literally woke up. Not one day of stress from that day on. The Work was born inside her in that moment. It is a gift to the world or indeed a rose opening.

All war begins from within. Only love comes from within. You can never get it outside, it is really what you believe that gives you the feeling someone is giving you love.

Learn from others fears and realise you can turn it all around.

Real Peace in the world is about conflict transformation. It is about realising there is no problem in reality. Reality is now. Eckhart Tolle speaks of the Power of Now, when you live in the Now, there is only now.
