is to SPEAK UP for kids.

Children are still seen and not heard,
Technology is the baby sitter that keeps them entertained,

Keeps them busy and distracted,

As adults are overwhelmed by work,

By tasks,

By masks,

As they are trying to keep up with demands,

No time to reflect or understand,

What really matters.

Sustainability is not recycling,

It is not in fighting against corporate greed,

It does not shine in platitudes without gratitude,

It is in homeostasis,

Refreezing glaciers,

Harmonious coexistence,

Where need equals want,

For nature is at peace yet active,

It is not doing but being,

It is not arguing (resist) but accepting (flow),

For what you resist persists,

And what you look at disappears.

What does it mean what you resist persists?

When we fight against we create opposition,

We enter an endless drama of ‘for us or against us’,

This is how conflict enters the sustainability game,

Under many names,

In defence of the indefensible,

Yet the truth is until we solve the problem and not hate the person it will be a fight to the bottom.

What does it mean what you look at disappears?

When we no longer react in denial, deflect responsibility or fight what we fear,

When we embrace, accept and face reality,

The fear disappears as solutions arise on renewable thermal currents of harmonious change.

REAL HOPE for the future is the rainbow bridge that can lead us to the other side to decide:

Responsibility – we have the ability to respond, we can do something,

Empathy allows me to stand in another’s shoes, imagine their feelings,

Awareness opens my eyes to live in the present moment,

Love answers and questions, leading with compassion,

Honesty faces fear to SPEAK UP as the truth sets all free,

Oneness is to see myself in you and the planet as the sustainer of all life,
what goes around comes around!

Peace is homeostasis, it passeth all understanding,
it cannot be found in analysis but connection with life,

Enjoyment is to laugh, it is inner joy not pleasure,

Service is the light of completion without competition.

REAL HOPE is to come together to SPEAK UP with one voice

to co-create a peacefull world,

The meek will inherit the earth (without ego),

To live in harmony with nature in homeostasis,

So let’s inspire a new generation of wise humans,

Discovering empowerment is peace in action,

Realising sustainability is homeostasis (balance),

For this is the true summit of climate change,

As above so below is the mirror of real change.
