Tapestry of Your Life

Imagine the lives you pass or interact with everyday. Sometimes I wonder if I didn’t drive out on the road, then the car wouldn’t have stopped to give way, I have changed the life itself by not going outside. Another day I find myself in a line of cars, my presence changes the tapestry of life itself. For everything I do is change. No-one is insignificant, no matter how you convince yourself. In your sadness and your joy you leave impressions whether you agree or not. We are the ripple and the effect.

Therefore, we all changing the world in every moment. The only question how does the tapestry look at the end? What do you see as the tapestry? Why not create the most beautiful work of art. In truth you are that most beautiful work of art. The philosopher always knows this, that the great work is one self.

THE TAPESTRY

My life weaves through the
selective perception of life times,
For the times of our lives,
Is measured by a clock,
Not the quality of the moment,
That threads the beads of days,
Through the ribbons of years,
That await the happy ending.

I am watching the world revolve,
I am resting as the world works,
I am active as many sleep,
For the atomic clock,
Is set on real time,
And this is the time we allocate,
When we want to know,
Who we are.

I am a seeker,
As my enquiry opens to new questions,
I am on a journey of expansion,
That knows no limits,
For my mind is unlimited in this moment,
And infinity is the breath,
That never lives for eternity,
For we are not the carpet,
But the thread,
Sometimes it unravels,
Other times it combines to make a beautiful pattern,
For all are welcome in this home of the heart,
And the beads that are threaded,
Form the necklace,
Shining from the universal tapestry,
For each life is a shining exhibit,
A colourful array,
Of unique patterns,
That inspire and bring comfort,
As each thread adorns creation,
There is not one thread,
Out of place.
