How Do You Know When It Is Love?

The perennial question – how do you know when it is love? Do people really know what love is? For myself this love within just grows and grows. I find myself in the space of loving what is in whatever shape it turns up. I don’t take things personally anymore I just observe people more and allow them to be who they are. The love I feel is such a warm beautiful feeling. Sometimes it is so strong I just feel to jump out of my skin. It is hard to explain. It can be romantic, it can be visiting patients in a hospital, it can be looking at the wonderful faces passing me on the street. Sometimes it is listening to the birds, watching the dog play, the chooks scratch, the trees sway. I just feel this inner harmony emerging which connects me to all creation, I feel I join with it. Perhaps this is true love. No-one owes me, no-one need keep me company, no-one need turn up in the way I want, I just accept them as they are. I speak my truth and allow them theirs, this is true love. So many don’t believe in love, all I can say to you it definitely exists. I may go one step further, it is all around you always. It cannot not exist.

Imagine if you could live your life in this state of bliss, no matter what happens. I am coming to a zero point where I can just love and feel gratitude and that is without a lover in my life. Wow if only I could bottle it.

Love is never in doubt.
