A Peace Meal Together

A PEACE MEAL TOGETHER

Gandhi is my teacher,
As he teaches the nonviolent path,
As love sees all as my family,
And truth speaks with honesty and perspective,
For no one person knows the whole truth,
But when an intention for truth is whole,
Then problems can be solved,
Nonviolently,
And solutions are present,
in the moment of now.

A dedication to peace,
Is not a career path,
A dedication to peace,
Is not lucrative,
It is not an uneventful road,
It is the road of stones,
Standing stones,
Stones in circles,
As you discover planet earth is not a quarry,
A sacred site within a cosmos of endless possibility,
As the magic is in connection,
Is in finding our path in the life pattern,
For we are woven from within,
Not without,
A tapestry of diversity,
Within the Shroud of perfect love.

So this is to all the peacemakers,
Speak your truth,
Do not falter,
For the world is crying for clarity,
As many have lost their way,
And the way is authenticity,
The way is creative,
As it is time to ‘be peace’,
And this is the peace meal,
That we all share,
For we sit at the same table,
And what we do to another we do to ourselves,
So it is time to look in the mirror,
To face oneself,
To deal with issues long buried,
To resurrect your courage,
To love what is dark,
For always darkness is darkest just before the dawn,
Of enlightenment,
For this is the eve of your greatest trial,
And dawning of your greatest triumph,
As we illuminate,
The whole of humanity,
To be seen to be,
The change you wish to see,
For in seeing truth you can be,
Truthful in all actions,
As this is the sanction of a re-new-able United Nations,
A galactic federation of enlightenment,
That represents the global community,
As the commons,
A shared wealth and harmony,
That was always the dominion,
Of freedom,
For free dominion,
Is your birth right,
A passage of re-birth,
Which is the right of all,
To Love Life.
