Thank Goodness Paris Jackson has Hairy Legs

I am just amazed at how the media carries on about a woman’s hairy legs.  I recall at school being mercilessly hassled about hairy legs, when it was natural.  Such is what happens to females who are forced into make-up, nice clothes to be given some value by men.  I am so glad the issues of sexual harassment are coming up, I’ve just investigated former Australian Human Rights Commissioner Gillian Trigg and her vilification for challenging men in power.  I believe we are in times where women are taking back their power, thank god.

The message women receive is that if you are not attractive you have no value.  If you are not successful then who are you?  If you are not a mother clearly not really a woman? and on it goes.  Personally I don’t care.  I am going to be myself no matter what others perceive.  I’ve been through so much in my own life, at 52, I am really happy I stayed true to myself.  I think being a clown was the most liberating as I am perceived as neither female or male.  I loved just being an idiot, not having to be pretty, or intelligent, or stupid or whatever.  I love being me. I’d say to girls reading this, be yourself, you are of equal value to all and allow your own light to shine.

Here is the article with Paris Jackson. I found her an interesting person on closer scrutiny.  Maybe a free spirit I sense, maybe reflective of a new generation who is just going to be themselves.  So important.

I saw the models and this is just for male pleasure, it is not about the freedom of females to be themselves.  They use the female body to sell things, to gain attention, to have as a accessory but who really knows women?

Perhaps being natural is truly beautiful.  She is that naturally I note, but I sense there is more to her.
