New Beginnings: A New Social Contract is a Cycle
Today I was driving with a friend to meet a new friend. As we were driving a car suddenly did a U turn on the freeway. It is all one way. It was sudden and totally unexpected. I watched almost detached as all the cars slammed on their brakes. No-one was injured thankfully. As I drove a thought came into my mind. I thought about the idea of an irregularity, I also thought about the order of our society. I wondered about the future and how people would deal with events that are unexpected and sudden. As our life is often unquestioned and the routine just routine. So reading through my poem I felt the discontinuity mentioned in it which reminded me of today. I repeated the story with this new friend and reported to my friends how I had a feeling years ago of the energy running out and stopping. I remember at the time wondering how people would cope with the change. I have had this feeling twice. I still remember exactly where I was when the feeling came.
We will unlearn the past as a new future is dawning. The world is changing and society will see and think differently. We are tapping into the tree of knowledge and finding the reflection of truth, waiting for us to realise the answers.
AUTOMATIC PILOT IS OUT
I am dreaming my life,
The haze of my memory descends as the years go by,
It feels like so many lifetimes have died,
As new beginnings like new growth in the spring,
Reach to the sky,
A new surprise,
A horizon a halo of morning dew,
Experiences arise that I never knew,
Broadening my scope,
Lengthening my day,
Giving new hope,
A ray of exploration,
Of other worlds.
So where has the time gone,
It feels like no time,
A continuity,
A discrete variable,
A demand curve,
Of endless needs,
A kaleidoscope of friends,
In different lands,
Shaking business hands,
Opinions and beliefs,
Good food and drought relief.
On my travels to the United States,
Cape Canaveral is another space,
In time,
Observing in Mission Control,
Looking down as the astronauts roll
and tumble,
Attempting to conform to earthly constraints,
The meaningful becomes meaningless,
As the context is foreign,
The challenger of beliefs of what is the norm,
New laws within which to live,
Form a new way of thinking,
For top is bottom,
The bottom is top,
In truth there is no thing,
We must unlearn tradition,
The psychology of the mind tries to reach for familiarity
as security,
For the mind records its patterns,
It is a powerful automatic pilot,
But the light of awareness,
Seeks to change the latter,
For it is not matter,
Anymore.
It is illusion between the spaces,
Anti-gravity is out of control,
Moving bodies have no gravitational pool,
As we venture out into the universe of our dreams,
Curiosity and misdeeds,
Holds us in an orbit,
Where we haven’t found the key,
To unlock the mystery of s/he,
To set us free.
I look upon the world as a miracle,
This vast ocean,
Sustaining life,
The clouds drifting as a silent filter,
The atmosphere gives us shelter,
From ultra-violet rays,
It appears peaceful and timeless,
Gaia is the pearl of this solar system,
An ecosystem of exchange,
No waste or pointless games,
It just is what you see.
It is freedom I dream,
In naturalness,
In being,
In plainness,
In seeing,
An intelligence,
Of osmosis,
Permeable membranes,
Transportation stasis,
Mitochondria,
Energy cells,
Fired by the solar flares of the sun,
An infinite energy,
A variable Eden,
It is truly the garden,
Of truth.
Nature is my yardstick,
It is the tree of knowledge,
The tap root of history,
Can still be found,
When we look into the profound,
For the complex is not simple,
The simple merely walks into a new space,
An inner space,
Where there is no top or bottom,
Where creation floats into a new world,
It looks upon the world as an overview,
As a summary of what can be,
A holistic memory,
Which returns,
To me.
It is a new context,
It is the pretext to something new,
The wave is coming,
It is not revolution,
It is evolution,
It is a natural progression,
On this road of natural selection,
For the natural select themselves,
Those who hold close to illusion,
Who pretend nothing ends,
That all is familiar,
That the pattern is well,
Will experience future shock,
For the routine will be disrupted,
The supplies will run down,
The rhetoric of confidence,
Will fade like the setting sun,
And diffuse into the ocean of disbelief,
As they hit the reef.
But there is the lighthouse on the point,
Who got the point long ago,
The light will be beaconing others to be sure,
That it is time to reconstruct,
A new social contract,
It will adhere to universal laws,
It is not binding,
Yet to survive the heart will be singing,
As the old paradigm shifts,
The tectonic plate of tradition,
Will lift and go under,
For it has plundered,
It has extracted,
It has distracted itself endlessly,
Without love,
Without compassion,
A state of separation.
Natures correction,
Does not judge anything wrong,
It is just not the song,
That brings harmony,
For your true nature knows the tune,
That change is coming soon,
Look for me,
Under the full moon,
It is a new cycle,
Says Archangel Michael.
