An Economic Movement with Hands and No Time

Wisdom is indeed the highest knowledge.

An Economic Movement With Hands and No Time

Do you really believe everything you are told?
Are you your role?
Is your goal to make more money?
To buy a nice car?
To travel to a desert island?
To be successful?
What is the meaning of your life?

I sit at the coffee shop,
I watch you walk past,
I see unique faces I’ve never seen before,
Lives of great diversity in a city of lights,
That flicker every night.

I meditate on the life we are in,
I am sitting outside yet I am sitting within,
I am a fountain,
I am a silent spring,
I am the softest love,
That light can bring,
Yet I sing another song,
In a forest of canopies,
Where wine turns into water,
Where thoughts are simple,
Progress is egress,
And happiness cannot be bought or sold,
It lives beyond the material divide,
As it was always the unity in diversity,
That knows harmony,
Is divine.

I see the incessant movement,
An economic movement of hands with no time,
Sleep walking it chants the same mantra,
Time is money,
Net profit is the bottom line,
As production is units,
Micromanagement is creeping control,
Ambition searches for the spotlight,
To justify an inconvenient life,
That must keep up with the Jones’,
Play on the i-phone in a me society,
That knows not freedom.

I walk between the lines,
I flow down life’s stream,
I am in no hurry to force dreams,
I just dream and know my water course,
I care not for success or money,
For the honey I taste is the joy of the moment,
Which is a rhythmic movement,
An unbroken moving line,
That is always kind,
No matter what turns up.

Did you know that wisdom is the highest knowledge?
For it doesn’t step forward – It knows to step back,
Watching the dance repeat the same steps,
Yet wisdom is dancing as a whirling dervish,
It knows the spiral wisdom of expanding consciousness,
That sees the perfection in each thought,
That unlearns what is taught
to find the music in mathematics,
Finding the silence is the stillness of being,
Losing the bus-i-ness of the chattering classes,
To know what we think we attract,
That life is centrifugal,
As thought magnetises physical phenomenon,
Standing on the leading edge of the unknown,
Realising nothing is owned,
For life is transient and fleeting,
As I watch Fleet Street peters out,
And peter pan becomes the new vision,
For magic was always at the tip of your tongue,
Renewable energy was always in your hands,
When you let go and allow the flow,
To show you what you truly know,
Beyond space and time,
That you were never alone,
For life is always kind.
