Palestine Complaint to ICJ Against US Embassy in Jerusalem

as each brick in the wall is constructed by erroneous beliefs and myths,
the Berlin Wall was an iron curtain that fell apart on 9/11,
not in an act of terrorism seeking endless war,
but symbolic of the walls separating the East from West yet where is the middle?

As it came down it was realised:

for peace can seem impossible until the people have decided,
that fear is not real,
FEAR is false evidence appearing real,
and this is the moment of truth ONE can arrive at when ALL end the war of division within,
for why build walls in the hearts of innocence?
What was interesting here in Australia is that the former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull was not going to move the Australian Embassy to Jerusalem as he didn’t desire to inflame the conflict. He was deposed by a religious coup de tat not long after that decision. The decision to move the embassy was reversed by the new PM Scott Morrison. This is a brick in the wall that does not serve the Israeli’s or Palestinians despite agitators. It had implications for Australia as well.
From a peacemaker perspective I knew it was an escalation and war interests were influencing the Australian government. This is part of the problem why resolution doesn’t occur as sides are taken, deals are done and the public are none the wiser. The kindest act is to tell the truth to a friend, not to aid and abet bullying and violence. This serves no-one only those who profit from war, ultimately they are not served, as what you put out returns as a universal law. Their children may suffer.
We need an International Court that can arbitrate this matter as a final binding resolution. The case is clear. There has to be an investigation into Zionism going back to Rothschild to prevent this from happening again. There have to be rules of repatriation and to ensure consultation and a willingness to share land or to have a Court decide. To have years of conflict like this is the sign of an international community that does not know how to keep the peace. That is why peace is crucial not as a convenient statement but a lived truth as all win. Here is an excerpt out of Wikipedia. My gut instinct tells me the core issue and cement holding up the wall is there.
The Balfour Declaration was a public statement issued by the British government in 1917 during World War I announcing support for the establishment of a “national home for the Jewish people” in Palestine, then an Ottoman region with a small minority Jewish population. It read:
His Majesty’s government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.
The declaration was contained in a letter dated 2 November 1917 from the United Kingdom’s Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Lord Rothschild, a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. June and July: Decision to prepare a declaration
By 13 June 1917, it was acknowledged by Ronald Graham, head of the Foreign Office’s Middle Eastern affairs department, that the three most relevant politicians – the Prime Minister, the Foreign Secretary, and the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Lord Robert Cecil – were all in favour of Britain supporting the Zionist movement;[r] on the same day Weizmann had written to Graham to advocate for a public declaration.[s][127][128]
Six days later, at a meeting on 19 June, Balfour asked Lord Rothschild and Weizmann to submit a formula for a declaration.[129] Over the next few weeks, a 143-word draft was prepared by the Zionist negotiating committee, but it was considered too specific on sensitive areas by Sykes, Graham and Rothschild.[130] Separately, a very different draft had been prepared by the Foreign Office, described in 1961 by Harold Nicolson – who had been involved in preparing the draft – as proposing a “sanctuary for Jewish victims of persecution”.[131][132] The Foreign Office draft was strongly opposed by the Zionists, and was discarded; no copy of the draft has been found in the Foreign Office archives.[131][132]
Following further discussion, a revised – and at just 46 words in length, much shorter – draft declaration was prepared and sent by Lord Rothschild to Balfour on 18 July.[130] It was received by the Foreign Office, and the matter was brought to the Cabinet for formal consideration.[133]
Now to the article highlighting a complaint submitted by Palestine to the International Court of Justice concerning the US move of its embassy in Israel. This is inflammatory when it is contested land. Such is the power of the Israeli lobby and wealthy Zionists.

Palestine files complaint with ICJ against US relocation of its embassy to al-Quds
Palestine has filed an official complaint with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against the United States’ relocation of its Israeli embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem al-Quds, saying the highly controversial and provocative move must be reversed as it violates an international treaty.
The United Nations’ principal judicial organ announced in a statement on Friday that the Palestinian suit had requested the court “to order the United States of America to withdraw (its) diplomatic mission from the Holy City of Jerusalem al-Quds.”
The World Court also said the complaint, sent from the Palestinian Authority (PA) led by President Mahmoud Abbas, argues that the 1961 Vienna Convention of Diplomatic Relations requires a country to locate its embassy on the territory of a host state. This is while the Israeli regime controls Jerusalem al-Quds militarily.
The US-Palestine ties deteriorated last December, when US President Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem al-Quds as the “capital” of Israel and announced plans to transfer the embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy city, triggering widespread anger both inside and outside the occupied territories.
The US embassy relocation, however, took place on May 14, the eve of the 70th anniversary of Nakba Day (the Day of Catastrophe), sparking deadly clashes in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Israel lays claim to the whole Jerusalem al-Quds, but the international community views the city’s eastern sector as an occupied territory and Palestinians consider it as the capital of their future state.
The contentious move led Abbas to formally declare that the Palestinians would no longer accept the US as a mediator to resolve the conflict, because Washington was “completely biased” towards Tel Aviv.
Late last year, Trump said proposed a backchannel plan to allegedly reach a peace settlement between Israel and the Palestinians. Although the plan has not been released, leaks signal it will consist of the same tried and failed ideas.
The American leader has times and again called his yet-to-be-released plan as “The Deal of the Century”, but it is coincidentally the title of a 1983 comedy, which features a bunch of hapless arms dealers, who compete to sell a weapon, called the Peacemaker, to a South American dictator.
