PBS Documentary: Saudi Arabia Uncovered

May peace be upon all of us.

The counter uprising is due to the regime’s inability to tolerate peaceful opposition or indeed change.

There is great courage revealed in the people in defying what they experience as unjust laws.

Gandhi would support citizens speaking up, shaking and to encourage non-violence to create a space to allow truth to surface.

This is not subversive behaviour it is unarmed courage inspired by the need for freedom. It is akin to the little plant breaking through the harsh earth.

It is incredible that a woman can go to jail for driving a car. Something women around the world take for granted.

The suppression of women is reflective of patriarchy that denies the feminine within as weak.  In some cultures women are chattels, they are seen as stupid and they are brutalised if they do not obey their master.  The male is dominant and unquestioned.  There is no feeling or empathy for how a woman may feel being beaten.

The nurturing, compassionate, receptive and loving part of ourselves enables us to see the whole picture.  It is holistic.  I feel myself walking around the Kabbalah spiritually.  I have just looked it up:

Kabbalah is an ancient spiritual wisdom which teaches the individual and the world as a whole how we can improve our lives. We believe at the core of the world’s great religions and spiritual traditions are truths that we call the wisdom of kabbalah. Our goal at the Kabbalah Centre is to disseminate this wisdom as widely as possible to improve our individual lives, but also the collective and the world.

I have realised that it is a Ka’ba not Kabbalah but have found there is a connection which in my inner-sense connects Israel and Saudi Arabia which I feel this inner feeling is leading me.

From the article:  “The tefillin act like an antenna that draws down a powerful spiritual force from theses seven dimensions that negates and sacrifices the influence of our selfish nature and ugly ego.”  This is what both are learning which is why they are walking hand in hand. Wow I just read the article and this is the jewel that emerged:

Ka’ba and Allah, as we know, spells Kaballah.  so the purpose of the Israeli’s and Saudi’s on a higher level is to improve the lives of individuals and the world. As far as they are not doing that is related to the ego.  Their challenge is to identify the ego within themselves and walk quietly in contemplation around Ka’ba or in front of the Wailing wall, this rhythmic movement is to release from the ego. That is the message I am feeling.

The question for Saudi’s are:  Are the lives of women being improved?  Are those who speak up when punished having their lives improved?  Is violence purification or is wisdom realised?

I feel the voice and heart of women must be heard now.  The world needs this as it is homeostasis, rebalancing the human condition to experience peace (in the end).

The key words in the film are ‘opposed to sharing power’.  This is the critical statement that underlines all tyrannical or totalitarian governance and in truth it is about the imbalance between the feminine and masculine and ego.

Mohandas Gandhi

“Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be.”
