Byron Katie: He Lied to Me Is it True?

Ah Byron Katie came up and I again return to the truth. It is so easy to go into a story of a past, another’s story or a future. Right now life is incredibly beautiful and free.

We learn a lot from questioning our own lies. I must do The Work more.

So the awareness to stay in the present moment is the message to me.

I have to do The Work on the IT industry that I believe is disconnecting humanity, the intelligence agencies who I see as surveilling us and any other issues I’ve felt concern about. The core issue is where I lose peace or humanity when I see the other in a way that affects my sense of peace. So The Work will be my job over the next week to get more clear. Can you see the innocence in all of us. We are confused.

My desire is peace for myself and the others. I have to look at where I have lied to me.

I am grateful for Byron Katie and I see truthfully how the truth sets me free. It’s all good.
