Can Feminine Leaders Transform the World?

I laughed at this and agree.  Women and men are different.  In truth if I was to go deeper I would say it is really not so much about gender it is about caring, it is about shared interest, it is about a future for children, it is about collaboration and it is about family.  This is not a female statement it is just a perspective that doesn’t value money but people.

Sadhguru speaks about the masculine and feminine and this is an accurate perspective from which to evaluate differences.  He is correct about the idea of success is masculine.  If you take away the feminine everything that is beautiful, gentle and kind will disappear.  I know in my soul that the suppression of the feminine is actually reflective of the rise of bullying and brutality. This I feel intuitively.  As I have stated before the feminine and masculine is not strictly male and female it is a way of being.

I do not believe in females being like males, I believe in rising the gentleness, the caring, the empathy, the love and the creativity as a rebalancing what has been imbalanced.  I have always been powerfully my own self.  I do not wish to please anyone, I do not want your approval, I just want to be free to be me.  I am not rebellious I am self determining.  I make up my own mind.  In that I reflect a form of leadership, which is about leading myself.  I don’t care if you follow me or not.  I would rather you follow yourself.  I will never seek to harm anyone as I see the world as an extension of my own family. That is the essence of oneness.  What I do to another returns to the self.

I am seeking completeness within myself which is to rebalance the feminine and masculine.  Sadhguru speaks of not seeing male or female, I agree, as a clown I just saw people smiling or not.  I didn’t discriminate or categorise.
