The World is a Mirror of You

What you see in the world reflects you.  Can you see a starving person in Africa as you.   Can you be a refugee fleeing the ravages of Afghanistan .  Can you be in a war zone like Syria.  Can you be the unemployed person in the queue.  Or do you sit in judgement of these things disconnecting from the world around you.  What does your heart tell you to do.  Can you reach out with love in your heart.  Can you see how the world is created by the collective decisions of all people.  Imagine if you look in the mirror and decide to change, that every moment is given to love, every moment is dedicated to inner peace.  Can you imagine where that might lead you?  Where does fear lead you, how does that block you from what you truly want?  How does fear make you look the other way?  Perhaps love offers the other cheek but does not run.

As a clown I’ve clowned on the streets, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, parliament, mental institutions, orphanages, homes for abandoned people, HIV centres, deaf and dumb places, slums, refugee camps and much more.  I sat with the Khmer Rouge and felt love for them also.  It is love that is the constant, I am not into judging.  It doesn’t mean I condone those who do negative things, it means I know that love heals.  We can all choose again.

I remember going to Mother Therese’s Missionaries of Charity, I held hands with one of the women and danced.  I clowned in a hospital with women with mental illness, I lay on the floor with one smiling into her eyes.  I sat upstairs with women dying and told one with her hand between mine, that I loved her.  I travelled to 20 countries and met people from all over the world.  It was wonderful to see and meet my family.  I loved being in Russia with Dr. Patch Adams and meeting the Russian people, clowning with the children in the orphanages.  We were spreading love.  It is easy to make it a better place, we just have to smile.  How hard is that?  Check out my clowning around the world on my website www.worldpeacefull.com to see some of the great places I’ve visited.  To see all the clown photos go to http://happy.worldpeacefull.com

Strange how the young are inspired by the scariest films (just saw a promo), why not inspire them by real stories that are more exciting than something that shocks and fills you with fear.  Why not fill them with love and hope.  That is my wish.  To live without fear is the greatest gift and opens your life to unlimited potential.

I love my life.  I love people everywhere.  They are awesome, every one.  I see the value of all people.  It is a great privilege when they let you into their world and you exchange love in all its guises.

When you give you truly live, I can testify to that.

Michael Jackson was so popular because the music (mostly Quincy Adams) touched the souls of people.  He was able to really speak to humanity.  Very powerful music.  We love it because we know it.

Now go and change your world but be mindful to change you first.  When you open your heart your mind will naturally open.  When you close your heart you will look the other way.  Yet your happy destiny is waiting for you to make that positive change.  You are truly amazing, indeed a miracle.  Live every moment.

One of my friends met Mother Theresa, she changed her life.  I interviewed a man that met Gandhi, he had tears in his eyes when I asked him what he was like.  I love Gandhi, he is my hero.  So many of them out there.  You are one too, did you know that?
