There will always be people who see the cup half empty, who refuse to stretch a bit further to discover what they believed was not true. There will always be negative people, those who block you, try to stop you, to disempower you and disrespect you. However, you must keep drawing on the ocean of love. As Bon Jovi says ‘have a nice day’.

So don’t give up – be the change you wish to see in the world, as the wonderful Gandhi said.

This is for those who feel sometimes it all get’s too much. Know you are not alone. I am smiling at you and saying keep smiling, keep sending love, keep being kind, have the strength to be positive in a world that has lost its way. The children need to see examples who are positive and resilient.
