Peace is Walking On It is Time To Go Home

This is a song sent to me by a friend who felt he lived this way. I was listening to the song and saw my own life in it. I don’t have a physical home that I own, I live in a situation of house sits. I am learning to live by grace. Moreover, for me walk on is about keep going, don’t give up, keep focussed on your dreams. For me, my dream is world peace and it feels real for me. When I think of home now I don’t think of a physical object, I think of my real home, that is where my heart is. My heart is love and for me, that is home. I find myself filled with such an incredible joy, sometimes I can’t sleep I am so excited. I am really happy. I got here because I chose to come home. I chose to live in my truth, I chose to go it alone and I chose to take risks and see what life could teach me. It has shown me the hardship, the pain and the love. I found the pain made me look within truthfully to find what I suffered about was the past, it was over and it was time to forgive myself and others. I came to realise that people come into this life with life patterns I have no idea about, we are all here to learn something. I can’t judge another as I have no idea what their lesson is, all I can do is choose who I am and live in that truth. I can’t change another, I can’t make people live for peace, I can’t expect another to be kind. I, however, can be the change I wish to see. I can be kind, I can be honest, I can give etc. That is where I found I can walk on and allow others to walk their path. I can live my dreams.

I send this to you with the message ‘live your dreams’, walk on, move on from the past and really live your beautiful life. I love the image of Aung Saw Suu Kyi in the end, she has such a kind and beautiful face. Now she is back in politics but her greatest trial was house arrest and separaton from her family. She walked on mentally and remained centred on her truth. She is truly a great person and may Burma find her true power in compassion. May the Buddhists stay centred on truth and forgiveness. May the muslims find mercy. When we stay true we walk on in life.  Walking on is letting go.  Letting go is allowing what is and living as peace in freedom.
