84 Year Old Defying Her Age

This is an excellent music video featuring Cold Play in the background. However, they were the backdrop to an amazing 84 year old woman Barbara dancing with 24 year old Spencer. What she demonstrated that age was no barrier to excellence or physical fitness. I loved the fact she had piercings, obviously she has not allowed age to be a limit. Her body performs better than most 24 year olds. This is an example that you can be anything if you put your mind to it. I find it interesting when you speak with older people they often say ‘I’m too old’, I guess that must be a state of mind. Makes you think about the term ‘act your age’. I love it when people don’t.

May this inspire you to live to your best and ignore anyone that says you can’t do it. She inspired me. I am sure I’d pull a muscle trying to do what she did. No limits and courage. May women learn from this that they can be anything. It is our minds that decide the limits.
