Tony Abbott Calls Election Outcome in his Speech?

What is a loser?  What is a quitter?  My father used to say know when to quit a losing game.    When is winning losing? When is losing winning?

Something to contemplate.

I recall hearing him calling the outcome of the election before it was announced.  I immediately felt ‘Miami’ and the preliminary calling of the election outcome where George W. Bush was announced.

I wondered about election results.  I wondered about prior knowledge.
