General Wesley Clark on Russia and the Cold War

He feels to me an interesting man.

I heard this quote recently and did laugh, it was from a Russian official, he quoted a Chinese saying in a thick Russian accent.  It was in response to the FBI findings:

“you cannot see a black cat in a black room…. if it is not there”.  The last bit seemed an after thought to me.

How do we create a warm peace?

That is the olive branch I will place at the feet of men like Wesley Clark and all the Generals in their fine medals. Can we find the courage to create peace.  That is the real inner war that has no external enemy.
