Hacker? Program Opening on my Blog Gotcha!!

If anyone knows what this program is let me know?  Email happinessaustralia@worldpeacefull.com  Through an act of god or luck I accidently captured this program as it opened.  I laughed.  It usually opens in a few seconds and I never get the chance to grab it.  Today I got lucky woo hoo.  I think it is a form of surveillance program as I am being surveilled by a few agencies.  I must be famous in the intelligence community by now.  Although I have fans in other areas as well where I have spoken up.  On top of the box (in grey section) it has C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

In my other blog post I have publicly stated I do not give permission to being surveilled or monitored to gather my data in order to profile me (as they are everyone) as a means of control as I have been perceived as a person of interest.  I am sure they are laughing, but nonetheless I made my legal position clear.  My blogs are for the public interest and it is to provide perspectives on a range of topics to in-form for the highest good of humanity.

For those who regard those of us into peace as a threat I offer dialogue to work out issues without the need to monitor. Secrecy works against democracy in my view that is why I am visible. However, programs opening up on my blog is not visibility it is illegal in my view, it appears to be hacking.

There is definitely a god.  I laugh.  I remember thinking it would be impossible to capture this, wallah got it.  I am still smiling.  Life is fun I have to say.
