He Destroys My Self Esteem

This is a great video by Byron Katie.  Through inquiry people learn to question their thoughts to turn around victimhood to find the freedom in truth.  Truth holds no allegiance to sides, to supporting people, to loving them, it is simply what it is, it is empty of all egoic manipulation as life is in this moment. The rest is illusion as we hold thoughts as past or future visions that do not exist.

This is learning to live in harmony.  It is not easy when you have strong beliefs, but if truth is your goal, then you will challenge your own thinking.
