Why Dictatorship Doesn’t Work?

There is wisdom at the end of this short video.  This is a good example of poor communication and allowing past animosities to guide interactions and there are issues of cruelty to animals.  Verbal abuse only escalated the conflict.  Anger management was needed definitely.  Bullying was the norm. There is nothing wrong with running away when necessary.  King Arthur was still learning about what the round table meant.

Perhaps the Holy Grail is learning to let go.
