Overcoming Anxiety and Depression to find Your Greatness Advises Patch Adams

May this inspire you.  I will always respond with love.  That is for sure.

I note this is an American speaker.  I am grateful for the all the wonderful Americans who have sought to inspire others to be truly great.  Patch Adams did that for me.  I send love to all the motivators who inspire you to remember your greatness, or the person who stops and spends time.  I had some moments today but funnily enough life sent me inspiration to remind me that it is all good.

When I ask people how they are I always say – I am really asking you because I actually care.  My friend’s friend Edward suicided some months ago, he seemed fine to others around him, he had a great night the night before and sent his partner the photos.

He was the guy who invited me to Tasmania in 2015 to try clowning with a Council, I was hoping to move there but the Council were closed minded.

I spent time with him and his friends. He was kind to me.

He suicided recently as he and his partner broke  up.  He was a Buddhist.  My friend went to scatter his ashes in Sydney. His beautiful partner was there very upset.  As he loved her and couldn’t live without her.  I felt so deeply for her as I knew she would blame herself.  I send her love.

I really feel strongly about love for others.  It is not just rosey language it is substance and it is real.  When you love you care.  When you don’t you don’t. Our world can be just self serving or it can become a place where we realise it is to serve each other.  That is why I am doing what I am doing.  Below this video is Patch Adams Love Revolution speech when I was with him in Russia.
