Philadelphia Experiment: What Will the World be Like in 2137?

This is a video I saw sometime ago, it is about the Philadelphia Experiment which apparently is about time travel. I cannot verify the truth of this, it is a possibility.

It evokes thought about the world we are creating and the future.

The key question is:

what sort of world do we want to create?

We must focus on a unified world future. The future can change when we change.

This video speaks of life on earth in 2137. The commentator is a military person and he appears rational. I am not in a position to say it is true or say it is not. It is interesting.
