Third Sider Negotiations

I’ve been reflecting on respect for differences, indeed resolving differences.

I found this excellent speech from TED.

Imagine if you regarded yourself as family to others. Imagine if we as the third siders or bystanders helped people resolve conflict. Can we find unity?

In my view there are no strangers only friends we haven’t met yet. I never see anyone who differs from me as an enemy. I work hard on seeing people as they are, I look at dropping the story I created.
