Former American President Dwight D. Eisenhower had three secret meetings with aliens, a former US government consultant has claimed.
The 34th President of the United States met the extra terrestrials at a remote air base in New Mexico in 1954, according to lecturer and author Timothy Good.
Eisenhower and other FBI officials are said to have organised the showdown with the space creatures by sending out ‘telepathic messages’.

The two parties finally met up on three separate occasions at the Holloman Air Force base and there were ‘many witnesses’.
Conspiracy theorists have circulated increased rumours in recent months that the meeting between the Commander-in-Chief and people from another planet took place.
But the claims from Mr Good, a former U.S. Congress and Pentagon consultant, are the first to be made publicly by a prominent academic.
Speaking on Frank Skinner’s BBC2 current affairs show Opinionated, he said that governments around the world have been in regular contact with aliens for many decades.
Odd meeting: It has been claimed that Dwight D. Eisenhower met the extra-terrestrials at the Holloman Air Force base in New Mexico
‘Aliens have made both formal and informal contact with thousands of people throughout the world from all walks of life,’ he added.
Asked why the aliens don’t go to somebody ‘important’ like Barack Obama, he said: ‘Well, certainly I can tell you that in 1954, President Eisenhower had three encounters, set up meetings with aliens, which took place at certain Air Force bases including Holloman Air Force base in New Mexico.’
He added that there were ‘many witnesses’.
Eisenhower, who was president from 1953 to 1961, is known to have had a strong belief in life on other planets.

The former five-star general in the United States Army who commanded the Allied Forces in Europe during the Second World War, was also keen on pushing the U.S. space programme.
His meeting with the cosmic life forms is said to have taken place while officials were told that he was on vacation in Palm Springs, California, in February 1954.
The initial meeting is supposed to have taken place with aliens who were ‘Nordic’ in appearance, but the agreement was eventually ‘signed’ with a race called ‘Alien Greys’.
Mr Good added: ‘We know that up to 90 per cent of all UFO reports can be explained in conventional terms. However, I would say millions of people worldwide have actually seen the real thing.’
According to classified documents released by the Ministry of Defence in 2010, Winston Churchill may have ordered a UFO sighting to be kept secret.
The UFO was seen over the East Coast of England by an RAF reconnaissance plane returning from a mission in France or Germany towards the end of the war.
Churchill is said to have discussed how to deal with UFO sightings with Eisenhower.

Jimmy Carter’s UFO Close Encounter

Summary: When a President Says He’s Seen a UFO, You Really Have to Wonder if the Truth Is Out There. President Carter filed two formal reports when he was governor of Georgia describing his observation of an unidentified flying object to organizations that collect and promote UFO sightings as unexplained phenomena.
Jan. 22 — It was just another fun night at the Lion’s Club for Jimmy Carter — when suddenly from the sky a UFO “as bright as the moon” flashed before his eyes. While leaving a Lion’s Club in Leary, Ga., then-Gov. Jimmy Carter noticed an object in the sky. A red and green glowing orb radiated as it hurtled across the southwestern Georgia skies that January 1969 evening. Ten minutes later, it vanished.
That was Jimmy Carter’s story — and he’s sticking to it. Carter, then Georgia’s governor, became the first major politician to risk achieving “crackpot” status by claiming he had had a close encounter.
“I don’t laugh at people any more when they say they’ve seen UFOs,” Carter said at a Southern Governors Conference a few years later. “I’ve seen one myself.”
Meet the Fox Mulder of Silicon Valley
Though an insignificant news tidbit back then, Carter’s sighting may have encouraged other people to step forward. You could hardly say he started a trend, but he set a precedent. And recently, several prominent people, including two astronauts and a renowned CEO, have said they, too, are believers.
Two weeks ago, Silicon Valley legend Joe Firmage quit his job as the CEO of USWeb/CKS, a $2 billion company that employs nearly 2,000 people. The reason: He’s had contact with extraterrestrials and wants to expose the government conspiracy to conceal a 1947 space crash in Roswell, N.M.
“I’m not praying for a spacecraft to come pick me up,” says Firmage, who calls himself the “Fox Mulder of Silicon Valley.”
“I’m just saying there is good, rational, left-brain evidence of things out there.”
Firmage said his priorities shifted 15 months ago, after an encounter at his Los Gatos, Calif., home with a “remarkable being” clothed in brilliant white light.
“I don’t call them aliens,” he says. “I call them teachers.”
He says it’s necessary to quit his high-paying job because of the “public relations complications” it might cause his company. He plans to write a book and is posting his findings on his Web site.
Astronauts Say Truth Is Out There
The CIA closed the Colorado Project, the last comprehensive government UFO probe, in the late 1960s, after a government panel concluded “further extensive study of UFOs probably cannot be justified in the expectation that science will be advanced.”
But astronauts Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper say that new investigations are warranted in UFOs: 50 Years of Denial?, a documentary set to air March 3 on The Learning Channel.
“The evidence points to the fact that Roswell was a real incident and that indeed an alien craft did crash and that material was recovered from that crash site,” says Mitchell, who became the sixth man on the moon in the Apollo 14 mission.
Mitchell doesn’t say he’s seen a UFO. But he says he’s met with high-ranking military officers who admitted involvement with alien technology and hardware.
Cooper told a U.N. committee recently, “Every day in the U.S.A., our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us.” In the documentary, Cooper speculates that public skepticism toward UFOs will shift dramatically.
Pictures of flying saucers strike a dramatic image. But documentary filmmaker James Fox says it will take the testimony of credible witnesses like these to change public opinion and force the government’s hand.
“As a rule, I steer clear of pictures and video footage of UFOs,” he says. “If it’s too good, people think it’s a fake, and if it’s not good people think it’s a fake.”
Mom, Dad, I’ve Seen a UFO
Coming out of the closet — at least in the UFO sense — is no easy task.
“Most people who claim to see UFOs lead sad lives. They get laughed at by colleagues and family. They become outcasts,” says Nick Pope, who was the British Ministry of Defense’s investigator in charge of UFO sightings from 1991 to 1994.
“I’ve seen a lot of marriages end in divorce because one partner is embarrassed that the other tells everyone he’s seen a UFO.”
Pope has interviewed thousands of people who claim to have had paranormal experiences. “I can’t say I have proof these people really saw what they claim to have seen. But I believe a lot of them were telling the truth. Many of them are credible. And some of them have bizarre scars on their body that no doctor can explain.”
Pope notes a phenomenon that many of the people he’s interviewed have developed spontaneous skills in music, painting, and poetry. “It can be a life-transforming event. Whatever happened to these people,” he says, “it somehow comes out.”
It’s hard to say how Carter was affected by his close encounter. In recent years, Carter has become a prolific writer and peace activist. But the former president has never really spoken of the impact of those mysterious red and green lights all those years ago.
Yet while he was on the campaign trail, he tried to use it to his advantage. “A light appeared and disappeared in the sky,” he told a Washington Post reporter in 1975. “It got brighter and brighter … I have no idea what it was … I think it was a light beckoning me to run in the California primary.”

U.S. Presidents & Polticians Who Saw UFOs – Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter & Dennis Kucinich

Politics can get even more bizarre and it doesn’t even have to be an election year. Check out these presidents and U.S. politicians who publicly admitted to seeing an Unidentified Flying Object or UFO.
Ronald Reagan
While serving as President, Ronald Reagan called upon the scientific community to create a “star wars” style defensive shield to protect America against attack. Though most considered this a call for a conventional – albeit a colorfully described – way to defend the United States against enemies of terrestrial origin, others have theorized he may also have been thinking about invaders from outer space.
Perhaps it comes from the fact that while Reagan was Governor of California, he admitted to journalist Norman C. Miller to seeing a UFO while traveling on an airplane. Though Ronald Reagan may not have divulged anything further about his personal interaction with UFOs thereafter, he will always be known as being the Star Wars president.
Jimmy Carter
Jimmy Carter lost re-election as President to Ronald Reagan in 1980 and both men reported they saw a UFO.
Now a respected Nobel Peace Prize winner and acclaimed author. Carter’s UFO incident surfaced while serving as Georgia Governor in 1973. Carter reported a sighting he had in 1969 to the International UFO Bureau in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Recently Jimmy Carter said in an interview with The Skeptics Guide To The Universe his memory on the incident is now vague and that his sighting was probably some experiment out of a nearby military base.
Dennis Kucinich
Dennis Kucinich ran for the democratic presidential nomination in 2004 and 2008.
On October 30,2007, in Philadelphia, PA, democratic debate moderator Tim Russert brought up the subject of UFO’s by reading a passage from a Shirley MacLaine book revealing that Dennis Kucinich had a UFO sighting while at her home in Washington state. Kucinich confirmed the incident was indeed true and mentioned that Jimmy Carter had publicly admitted to a UFO sighting himself.
Former Arizona Governor Fife Symington
In 1997, the now famous Phoenix Lights incident had many witnesses – including then Governor Fife Symington – but at the time he refused to admit his sighting.
Later when speaking with The Daily Courier in Prescott, said Fife, “I’m a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything that I’ve ever seen. It remains a great mystery. Other people saw it, responsible people. I don’t know why people would ridicule it. It was enormous and inexplicable. Who knows where it came from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too. It was dramatic. And it couldn’t have been flares because it was too symmetrical. It had a geometric outline, a constant shape.”
Symington, although promising the public answers about the mass sighting, ended up ridiculing the incident by having his chief of staff parade around in an alien costume. Subsequently, he’s been outspoken about his UFO sighting, even appearing on CNN’s Larry King Live to discuss it.
Senator Richard B. Russell, Jr.
In 1955, U.S. Senator Richard B. Russell, Jr. of Georgia, while traveling by train in Russia saw two UFOs.
Russell was then the respected chairman of the Armed Services Committee. His traveling companions also saw the discs. According to an Air Force Intelligence report on October 14, 1955, which was originally classified TOP SECRET, “The three observers were firmly convinced that they saw a genuine flying disc.” Another witnesses whose identity was not revealed, said the disc “had a slight dome on top” and also a “white light on top.”
